Prepare 2 gal. (7.6 L) of an approved 100 PPM
sanitizing solution (examples: Stera Sheen or Kay-
5®). Use warm water and follow the manufacturer's
specifications.
Important!
Make sure the sanitizer is completely
dissolved.
3.
Cut the syrup line connector from the end of an
empty bag of syrup.

Connect the syrup line to the syrup line connector
that was cut from the syrup bag.

5. With the bag connector attached to the syrup line,
place the syrup line into the pail of sanitizing solution.

6. To place the left freezing cylinder in the Sanitize
mode, press the MENU (SEL) key. Move the cursor
by pressing the AUTO (- ->) key until the third line
indicates RINSE / SANITIZE.
Press the MENU (SEL) key.
Move the cursor under the word “SANITIZE” by pressing
the OFF (<- -) key.
