17. Place the large O-ring into the door groove and lightly
lubricate.

Note:
Every four months or less, discard the O-rings
and install new O-rings.
18. Install the front bearing.
Do not
lubricate the front
bearing.

19. nstall the freezer door. Position the door on the four
studs on the front of the freezing cylinder. Firmly
push the door into place. Install the four handscrews
on the studs and finger- tighten them equally in a
criss- cross pattern to insure that the door is snug.
Important!
Do not over- tighten the handscrews.

20. Repeat these steps for the other freezing cylinder.
Sanitizing
Note:
If a unit is sanitized, and will not be used for
an extended period of time, clean water should be
used to flush all sanitizer from the lines. Remove the
water from all the lines and components prior to
storing the unit. Upon return to service, the unit must
be sanitized prior to use.
1. Open the lighted display door. Place the control
switch in the ON position.
