AIR FILTER

Air Filter Monitor

The filter monitor is optional and may not be installed 

on your vehicle. It will be installed close to the air filter 

housing.

The filter monitor keeps track of the air filter condition. 

As the filter ages a red indicator ring will descend into 

the viewing window. It is time to replace the filter when 

the window is all red.

Push the button on top of the monitor to reset.

Replacing the air filter should be performed by a qualified 

technician.

Never run the engine without an air filter installed, a damaged air filter element, or 

damaged air intake components. Missing or damaged intake components will lead to 
engine ingestion of dirt, dust, and or other debris that will damage the engine.
