First 20 hours of Operation
• Re-torque wheel nuts.
• Inspect all hardware for tightness.
• Adjust front wheel bearings.
Every Week or 20 hours
• All daily items plus the following:
• Check all tires tread for debris
• Battery electrolyte level
• Check tire tread wear or damage
• Check all tires, inflation
• Inspect all electrical interlocks for proper
operation
• Check operation of horn
• Check all lights
• Operation of park brake
• Operation of steering
• Operation of operator presence switch
• Inspect for fluid leaks
Every Month or 100 hours
• All weekly items plus the following:
• Inspect all safety warning labels
• Clean batteries and terminals
• Inspect/adjust front wheel bearings
• Inspect steering king pins
• Inspect ball joints for play
• Inspect trailer hitch
• Brake master cylinder fluid level
• Clean motor control panel
• Clean charger cooling fins or vents
• Clean exterior of drive motor
Every 3 Months or 300 hours
• All monthly items plus the following:
• Adjust park and/or service brake.
• Clean battery compartment
• Inspect and tighten all hardware (1st 300 hours
then every 1200 hours)
• Lubricate the vehicle
• Re-torque wheel nuts.
• Inspect and tighten all electrical connections
• Tighten steering shaft coupler
• Clean and lubricate motor coupler
• Inspect steering linkages and hardware
Every 6 Months or 600 hours)
• All 3 month items plus the following:
• Inspect all electrical connection for signs of
overheating
• Inspect wiring for cracks, fraying, or wear
• Inspect frame for damage
• Test batteries
• Inspect brakes for wear
• Inspect suspension bushings and bumpers.
• Align the front end.
Every Year or 1200 hours
• All 6 month items plus the following:
• Clean and repack front wheel bearings, change
seals.
• Inspect and tighten all hardware
• Inspect motor brushes, blow out carbon
• Inspect rear wheel bearings
• Rotate tires
Every 2 Years or 2400 hours
• All 6 month items plus the following:
• Change rear axle oil.
• Flush hydraulic brake system.
