Hip Thrust
Exercise Instructions
1. Select an appropriate weight.
2. Adjust the seat pad to the desired position.
3. Put both feet on the pedal plate frame assy and hold the foam frame assy.
4. Lift your hip up and down.
5. When the training is finished: lift the foam with your hip and pull the safety frame assy to make
sure it’s against the foam frame assy.
