[Technical Documentation]

For stoppages that are not instantaneous, the pressure of the rubber roller must be
removed. Always work with the minimum pressure or no tension on the film. Make
sure  that  no  piece  of  paper  or  film  becomes  stuck  to  the  laminating  rollers.  On
finishing work remove all pressure from the laminating and cutting rollers because
if pressure is maintained over long periods the rubber and polyurethane rollers may
become deformed.

Periodically grease the chains.

The main recommendation is to always maintain good cleanliness on

the laminating rollers.

THE MACHINE’S AIR INPUT FILTER MUST BE BLED ONCE A
DAY. THIS BLEEDING MANEOEUVER MUST ALSO BE
CARRIED ON THE AIR COMPRESSOR AT LEAST ONCE A
WEEK.
