Tension adjustment and belt replacement
Check the belts tension after the first working hour. After that, they must be adjusted
daily after every 8 working hours.
To adjust the belts tension, it is necessary to loosen up the four bolts (A) that fasten
the gearbox base.
Then, loosen up the bolts (B) that fasten the cardan support (C).
Adjust the belt tension through the axle nuts (D).
NOTE • The belt adjustment must be done in a way that it will avoid excessive
slippage during working.

For the belts replacement:
• Always replace all the pulley belts;
• Use belts from the same manufacturer and same manufacturing lot;
• The new belts must be adjusted after the first working hour. After that, they must be
adjusted daily after every 8 working hours.
