Working preparation
Tractor preparation
The following instructions must be carefully observed in order to get the best work
performance.
The addition of ballast water in the tires and a set of weights on the front part and rear
wheels of the tractor are the most used ways to increase the soil traction and give greater
stability to the tractor. Check if the tractor is in full conditions before working.
Harrow preparation
Couple the hitch (A) to the traction
bar and fasten it using the axis (B) and
r-clip.
The traction bar must remain fixed
during working
.
Check the condition of all parts, retightening nuts and bolts, especially from the disc
gangs. These will damage the axis and other components, if they work loose.
Lubricate all grease fittings appropriately. (See lubrication instructions on page 23).
