5. Assembly
GAT 800 assembly
To facilitate transportation, the hoists are delivered unassembled. Therefore, the
instructions with all details and procedures to assemble the hoists must be followed.
1. First of all, place the parts in a clean place to identify them easier.
2. Then, check the parts according to the list in the package.
To assemble the GAT 800 and GAT 800 MF:
3. Couple the frame (A) to the drawbar (B), by placing a pin (C) and cotter pin (D) in
one of the three holes of the frame, according to the height that is going to be used.
- Only QUALIFIED and AUTHORIZED personnel must assemble/disassemble the
equipment.
- Use safety glasses, earplugs/muffs, protective gloves and any other required PPE.
- Avoid direct contact with the lubrication oil and do not throw it or any other type of
oil or grease away on the environment.
