Introduction
The DCA² MC models perform an uniform distribution of dry and
humid limestone, granulated or powdered fertilizer, gypsum,
seeds and other products.
DCA² MC 2500, DCA² MC 5500, DCA² MC 7500
and
DCA²
MC 10500
models have cardan shafts and belt transmission to
activate the conveyor and the rotating discs.
The
DCA² MC 2500
feature a fixed wheelset with
2
tires.
The wheelset tandem type (
DCA² MC 5500, DCA² MC 7500
and
DCA² MC 10500
) have four tires that precisely follow the soil
profile.
The conveyor is made of carbon steel and has tighteners to
adjust the tension.
The opening of the dosing gate features a graduated scale and
easy adjustment to distribute several quantities.
The fins are adjustable on the discs, performing an adequate
distribution of different products.
This operator's manual contains the necessary information for the
best performance of this spreader. The operator must carefully
read the entire manual before working with the equipment. Also,
read and understand the safety recommendations.
