In accordance with the information contained in this manual and with proper installation, use and mainte-
nance, we guarantee that our product will retain the characteristics specified according to the technical
conditions for the entire warranty period. If, however, during the warranty period, any fault not caused by
the user or force majeure (e.g. a natural disaster) occurs, the product shall be repaired by us free of charge.
The relevant conditions of the civil code apply to any replacement or withdrawal from the agreement.
The manufacturer shall not assume any responsibility for damages arising as a result of improper instal-
lation, connection, operation or maintenance of the appliance.
Validity of the warranty
The warranty period for the product begins on the day of the sale (or the day of commissioning) to the
end customer and lasts for:

5 years for the enamelled cylinders

24 months for other parts and accessories
The warranty period is extended in the case of warranty repairs by the duration required for these repairs.
Conditions for the fulfilment of the warranty

A correctly completed warranty certificate, specifying the date of sale, signature and stamp of the
retailer, or giving the installation date, signature and stamp of the qualified contractor relating to the
commissioning of the appliance (costs incurred shall be borne by the customer).

Invoice, delivery note or other proof of purchase.
The manufacturer shall not provide any warranty for problems arising as a result of hard
water and low water quality.
The removal of limescale deposits is not part of the warranty.
Complaints process
If, when operating the appliance, a fault occurs, please contact one of the listed customer support cen-
tres and notify them of the nature of the fault. Please also enter the appliance type given on the warranty
certificate, the serial number and the date of purchase.
Never dismantle the appliance in the event of a fault.
To assess a fault in the appliance, it is essential that the service technician can work with
the appliance under the same conditions in which it was installed and commissioned.
The service technician rectifies the fault or takes further action to deal with your complaint.
After the war-
ranty repair, the service technician enters the date and a signature on the warranty certificate and stamps it.

If the appliance has not been used in accordance with the instructions specified in this manual

If the repair work was carried out by a company that is not authorised to repair our products

If inexpert changes were made to the appliance or its design was altered

Missing or damaged type plate
We do not provide any warranty for damage to the appliance arising as a result of natural
wear and tear, scaling, chemical or electrochemical influences.
We reserve the right to make changes to the appliance design that do not influence the function and
usage characteristics of the appliance.
Disposal of used appliances
Appliances marked with the adjacent symbol should not be placed in the general waste,
but rather should be collected and disposed of separately.
Disposal is subject to the
relevant legislation and regulations.
