UNLOADING CONVEYOR

Cleaning the unloading conveyor

In order the conveyor discharge correctly, it must be emptied completely every time is
used. To do this, close the unloading door and leave the conveyor running until there
are no remains of mixture.

Weekly, carry out the complete cleaning of the unloading conveyor by removing the
cover from it and removing the accumulated remnants of mixture.

Checking and adjusting the tension of the chain

To adjust the tension of the chain, the tensioning bearing bolts must be tightened on
both sides of the conveyor, so the drive shaft moves completely aligned.

You can quickly check if the chain is tight enough by stretching the central part upwards
by hand and check that the maximum arrow produced is around 2 inches. If the chain is
worn or stretched, it must be replaced by a new one, dismantling the chain through the
connecting link (E).
