LOADING AND MIXING SYSTEM
It is very important to keep the mixing system in perfect condition, especially the auger,
since it will depend on it that the mixer mixes correctly, in the shortest possible time
and with optimum performance.
To carry out this operation, the mixer must be stopped and the
tractor keys of must be held by the person who carries it out.
Replacing the blades and cleaning the tub
The control of the auger blades must be carried out monthly, depending on the
ingredients used. In general, to carry out the control of the auger blades, the following
steps should be followed:
• Check the correct tightening of the blade screws and replace any that are missing or
broken.
• Perform a visual inspe
ction of the condition of the blades. If their wear is not excessive,
they should be sharpened with an electric grinder. In case of excessive wear, the blade
must be replaced.
For safety reasons, the maintenance or change of the blades of the
auger must be carried out by qualified TATOMA personnel
Auger
In order to maintain the propeller blades, it is necessary to access the inside of the tub.
Access to the interior of the tank must be through the access ladder.
Personnel accessing the tub must stop the mixer and keep the tractor
keys in their possession for as long as it remains inside. In addition,
you must use the necessary personal protective equipment to
guarantee your safety.
