NOTE
Connecting a mic to the MIC IN connector
disables the built-in mics.

” on the Input
Setting screen.
3 Press the

key to select the
INPUT
item,
and turn the wheel to the right to show the
MIC
setting sub-menu where you can set stereo/
mono, turn plug-in power ON and OFF, etc. See
the Owner’s Manual for details.
Recording an external audio device
1 Connect the output jack of the external audio
device to the
LINE IN
jack (stereo mini-jack) on
the right side of the unit.
2 Set the
INPUT
item to “
LINE
” on the Input
Setting screen.
Erasing files
If you want to erase a recorded file for any reason,
you can erase unwanted files from the BROWSE
screen.
1 Press the
MENU
key to open the Menu Screen.
2 Use the wheel to select “
BROWSE
” and press
the
¥/π
key.
The Browse Screen opens.
