Please consider that the support of the CSD data resp. the machine to machine service is
inevitable for a control centre intrusion (NSL)! If these services are available for your contract,
you will get to know at your mobile network provider.
Please consider that the receive level (helpdesk) is not essential for the question, if the path
can actually be used. The functionality of the radio controlled network behoves solely to the
network operator!
