c) Charging a mobile device
Never charge the portable charger while charging mobile devices from the USB
outputs.
• Thanks to the integrated circuit (Smart IC), the portable charger recognises the required
maximum charging current of the connected product at the USB-A output
OUT2 Smart
(5)
.
• Plug the USB-A connector of the USB charging cable into the USB-A output
OUT1 1.0 A (1)
or the USB-A output
OUT2 Smart (2)
.
The maximum charging current (2.3 A) is distributed to the USB outputs when both
outputs are used. Therefore, take note of the amount of charging current required by
your mobile device.
• Connect the Micro USB connector to your mobile device.
• While charging, the battery level of the portable charger will be indicated by the corresponding
flashing LED.
• Disconnect the USB charging cable from the portable charger and the connected product
to stop or interrupt charging. As soon as charging of the connected mobile device has been
completed or the USB charging cable has been disconnected, the battery level indicator LED
will go off.
Care and cleaning
• Disconnect the product from connected products and from the power supply before every
cleaning.
• Do not use any aggressive cleaning agents, rubbing alcohol or other chemical solutions as
they can cause damage to the housing and malfunctioning.
•
Clean the product with a dry, fibre-free cloth.
• When cleaning, be sure to avoid contact with water or other liquids.
Disposal
Electronic devices are recyclable waste and must not be disposed of in the
household waste. At the end of its service life, dispose of the product according to
the relevant statutory regulations.
You thus fulfil your statutory obligations and contribute to the protection of the
environment.
