1.
Apply
parking brake.
2.
Warm up the engine by running the vehicle.
3.
Adjust the carburetor idle screw until the desired idle RPM is reached. Turning the
idle
screw in (clockwise)
to
raise RPM.
Turning the screw out (counterclockwise) will lower RPM.
4.
The standard idle RPM is 1500 ±150.
