What kind of oil do I use?
15W-40 4-Stroke ATV Conventional Oil.
Can I use Synthetic Oil ?
Yes: 20W-50 4-Stroke ATV Full Synthetic Oil.
How much engine oil do I use?
Less than one quart around 0.8 US qt or 0.8 liters.
How much gear box oil do I need?
200 ML of SAE 80w90 .
Can I use Synthetic Oil in gear box?
Yes you can.
Where is the oil filter?
The design of this engine assembly does not use an oil filter just an oil screen . See page 4 9 for oil screen.
Where is the choke lever?
The design of this ATV is utilizing an automatic choke. No choke lever is needed.
Why won't the ATV start?
Make sure your battery is 100% charged.
Apply brake levers and push the start button at the same time to crank the engine. See page 1 8 for starting instructions.
Why won't the engine stay running?
Try adjusting idle screw. See page 2 7 for engine idle adjustment.

What is the spark plug gap?
The gap is 0.06~0.08 0 mm. See page 5 3 .
Why is my brake light not coming on?
Try applying both brakes with ignition key in the “ON” position.
My ATV cranks but won’t fire?
Ensure engine run/stop switch is set to the correct position.

Why didn't I get an assembly instruction manual?
This vehicle should only be assembled and prepped by authorized Tao Motor Dealer or professional motorcycle mechanic. You should never to try to
attempt assembly of this vehicle, it should be done by professionals. Death or serious injury could result from failure to follow these warnings and
instructions.
