Before returning any equipment for repair, please be sure that it is adequately packaged against
damage in shipment, and that it is insured for the full retail value of the unit. We suggest that you
save the original packaging and use it to ship the product for servicing. Also, please enclose a note
giving your name, address, telephone number and a description of the problem.
NOTE: All equipment being returned for repair must have a Return Authorization (RA) number. To
get an RA Number, please call the Tannoy North America office between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. EST, at
519.745.1158. Tannoy North America’s shipping address is 335 Gage Avenue, Suite 1, Kitchener,
Ontario, Canada N2M 5E1. Please display your RA Number prominently on all packages.
