What is the definition of 'Athlete'

Individuals who perform more than 10 hours intense aerobic 

exercise a week, with a resting pulse of below 60 beats per 

minute.

Individuals who are performing slightly less than 10 hours of 

intense aerobic exercise a week, but who have been 

exercising at such levels for much of their lives.
