1. Select Personal Data Number
Press your personal key, and the display will show “0.0”.
Note: You can change your height setting by pressing SET while “0.0” is shown.
Specify your height with
, and press SET to confirm.

2. Step on
When “0.0” is displayed, hold the hand-electrode as shown and step onto the
platform.
The unit will beep twice when the measurement is taken. Please stand still until the
unit beeps.
Note: If you step onto the platform before “0.0” appears the display will show “Err”
and you will not obtain a reading.
Make sure your feet contact all of the
electrodes.
Make sure all of your fingers contact
electrodes.
Ensure that your arms are full
extended and your elbows do not
touch your body.
Do not bend your knees.
