Applications de sauvegarde

Commande Système HP/UX

tar, cpio

permettent de procéder sans

difficulté à des opérations de sauvegarde, de vérification et de
restauration.

Le pilote présente deux points d’accès différents :

Un point d’accès

non-rewinding

(utilisé pour réaliser une

sauvegarde complémentaire, sans rembobinage)

·

Un point d’accès

rewinding

(utilisé pour réinscrire

complètement une sauvegarde, avec rembobinage)

Exemples d’utilisation de la commande

tar :

tar cvf/dev/rmt/0/etc

effectuera une sauvegarde du répertoire

/etc

tar tvf/dev/rmt/0

donnera une liste des données sur la bande

tar xvf/dev/rmt/0

restaurera les données de la bande dans le

répertoire courant
