3. Close the shear frame, this also closes the film gripper hydraulic cylinder which engages the plunger pin in the tab on the back of the bucket.
4. IMPORTANT
Put the safety chain around the film gripper mounnting. This is a very important safety feature as it will ensure that the bucket does not fall off even if the plunger pin is accidently
opened.
5. Open up the shear frame to a height that allows the bucket to be used.
Do not fully open it as this will activate the valve to open the film gripper and also release the bucket.
When operating with the bucket ensure that the film gripper is closed at all times.
6. To remove the bucket, first release the safety chain then full open the shear frame to open the plunger.
Tilt the Bale shear forward to allow the bucket top side off the tines.
