5)

Bend the duct at a gentle angle, avoiding a sharp 90 degree corner, and slide the duct collar over the
transition duct. Make sure to maintain the 10” diameter of the duct throughout the bend to ensure
proper airflow.  Connect the duct to the inlet collar of the fan

6)

Plug the power cord into a 115 Volt switched outlet that has been wired to local codes and standards.
This outlet may be switched from a remote location.

Operation

Important

- Be sure at least one window is open when the fan is operating.

1.

Turn the wall switch to ON. The fan will start and the damper will open.

2.

Turn the wall switch to OFF. The fan will stop and the damper will close.
When the fan rotation has slowed the magnet will pull the damper closed.

Care

The motor in

The

Infinity 1100 CQ

is permanently sealed and does not require oiling. To keep dirt, dust

and debris from the fan we recommend that you periodically clean the grille from within the living space
and dust the fan blades from within the attic. Please remember to make sure that the fan is OFF before
dusting the fan blades.

Troubleshooting

The most common problem with

The

Infinity 1100 CQ

is caused by incorrect wiring. Verify the switched

outlet has 115 Volts.
