The worn or damaged components must be immediately replaced to new ones.
Working with damaged components of the discs, such as the blade holder, blade
tang or blade itself is prohibited.
The inspection of blades must be performed every time prior to starting
work and every time after moving onto an obstacle, such as a stone,
wood, metal.

Replacement of the blades should be performed maintaining special conditions of safety.
1.
Use only the original and efficient parts of the cutting system
2.
Every replacement considers a whole set of the disc tools. Remember about the even
layout of the rotating mass and the even wear of the blades.
3.
Inspect the condition of the cooperating components: blade holder, blade tang, and
blade. Replace with new ones if damages are observed. Drawing nr. 18
4.
Follow the suggestions of Table nr. 3 when tightening the screw connectors, selecting
proper tightening moments of the screws and the nuts.
