A correctly tensioned belt must give way slightly after lightly pressing on it with the
hand. If the belts are damaged or if one is overstretched, always replace the entire set
of belts (always use belts with the same markings and the same make).
Replacing blades:
Blades must always be replaced in accordance with safety regulations:
1.
Use only original, functioning parts for the mower.
2.
Always replace a complete set. Make sure that the rotating components are uniformly
distributed and balanced to ensure even wear and tear on the blades.
3.
Check related components: holders, blades. Replace them if they are damaged.
4.
When tightening bolted connections, observe the values in Table 3 to ensure correct
torque on screws and nuts.
Worn or damaged parts must be replaced with new ones.
It is strictly forbidden to mow with damaged components in discs, holders
or blades.
Inspect the blades every time prior before beginning to mow
and every time the mower hits an obstacle, e.g. stone, wood,
metal. Safety gloves are mandatory.
