・To enjoy your Sake, have the
dispenser cleaned at least once a
week. Otherwise, it will cause change
in the taste of Sake and malfunction
of the dispenser.
・Upon the cleaning, please have the
lid and filter washed with hot water.
1.
Feed the remained Sake in
the Sake tank to a Sake
server bottle. Close the
Sake drain cock after feeding
remained Sake
2.
Dispense all the Sake left in
the device with the same
procedure as serving Sake.
This Sake can be used
for cooking as seasoning..

Feed water (approx.70℃) to
the bottle holder to a degree
not to cause overflow.
(Pay attention to an
accident of scalding!!)
5.
Discharge about a half of the
hot water from inside through
the sake drain cock into a
bucket. Switch power on and
push the nozzle in to
discharge the hot water in a
vessel.
3.
Remove the parts (Server
bottle tray, Cap, Air feeder
cap and filert) and wash
well with hot wate.
6.
After draining all the hot
water, gently scrub the
sensor electrode at the
nozzle end with a tooth
brush and washing it well

7.
Wipe the machine with a
cloth dipped in a neutral
detergent solution or soap
and water, then wipe it well
with a dry cloth. Do not use
paint thinner or other
volatile fluids or alkaline
detergents.
