The highly-flexible 60iRv will take you into the world of high-
performance audio separates. To provide full versatility, the 60iRv
consists of a high-fidelity preamplifier and a high-performance
power amplifier inside the same unit. The
MODE
selector controls
relays which connect the preamplifier to the power amplifier and
to the outside world in different configurations, without affecting
the sound quality.
The function of each mode is explained on the following pages.
To select the operating mode, turn the
MODE
selector until the
mark on its side points to the name of the operating mode that
you require

You can also use the
MODE
selector to mute the 60iRv (see
page 22).
Turn the
MODE
selector to
integrated
if you want to use the
preamplifier in conjunction with the power amplifier in your
60iRv as one integrated unit.
In this mode, the output of the preamplifier is connected internally
to the input of the power amplifier. The preamplifier output
sockets and the power amplifier input sockets are both isolated
and cannot be used. The signal from your chosen sound source
will be amplified and sent to the loudspeaker terminals.
