8.9.4 Station status
Status
For each station in the cascade, STN 1 ... 5, a 4-digit status is displayed on the master:
STN1 ... 5 Station casc. status
...
Digit 1= Sequence number of the station
0: Station not available
1 ... 5: Current position in the cyclical change
of station 1 to 5
Digits 2..4 = Information about current
status of the respective station.
0: Off
1..100: Override with s %,
101: Not ready, no energy
102: Standby
103: Control
8.9.5 Options in the cascade
ZIR00 CIRCULATION MODE
LEG00 THERM. DISINFECTION
Tapping support
Circulation functions can be used centrally or locally. This is defined with the adjuster
KAS07 CENTRAL CASC. CIRC. PUMP
.
0: Decentralized circulation pump (at each station)
... Each station has its own circulation pump; settings and functions are local
1: Central circulation pump (on the master)
... the circulation mode, thermal disinfection, is set on the master station which is also con-
nected to the pump. All functions are then executed centrally for the cascade.
Calibration
Calibration has to be done once at the master unit (manually ZIR06=1) The determined
calibrated circulation flow is sent automatically to the slave units (neccessary in connection
with squence change). The automatic calibration mode (ZIR06=2) leads to error massages
and is not recommended.
SCH00 RETURN LAYERING
Return layering can be activated and connected locally on each device or be centralized
at one device in the cascade; hereby, other settings must be observed. The return sensor
must also be placed at the collective return if used centrally.
BAS05 WARMING FUNCTION
Local option for each station.
NAC00 PRIMARY RECHARGING
Central option; this is activated and installed on some device in the cascade and applies
centrally for all devices in the cascade.
Note: Recharging abort "11" due to the primary energy being too low; applies to all stations.
8.9.6 Central measurements
Central flow rate measurement
In the adjuster
KAS06 CAS. FLOW RATE MEASUREMENT
, it is defined whether the flow
rates on the secondary side are individually measured locally at each station or centrally
at the master.
Central circulation pump
Circulation functions can be used centrally or locally. This is defined with the adjuster
KAS07 CENTRAL CASC. CIRC. PUMP
.
0: Decentralized circulation pump (at each station)
1: Central circulation pump (on the master or some slave)
Central temperature measurement
This is detected automatically. Once a sensor (TWW, TKW, TPV, TO1) is locally connect-
ed, this is used for the control.
If there are no local sensors, the value from the master is used.
