Charging the Tuner
The Tuner is powered by a removable lithium ion battery. When you receive your Tuner, it may be
partially charged. Before you download the TabletTV Plus application, make sure that the battery is
fully charged.
Installing the battery
To install the Tuner battery:
1.
Open the battery compartment by pressing and sliding the Tuner cover.
2.
Place the battery within the compartment, ensuring that its charge terminal and the Tuner’s
charge terminal make contact. Push the battery down until it clicks.
3.
Insert the cover into the groove, then press and slide it back into place.
Recharging the battery
To recharge the Tuner battery:
1.
Insert the battery into the Tuner
2.
Use the mini USB cable provided to connect the Tuner to the USB port in your PC, or into a
wall unit using a USB adaptor (not included).
The Power and Battery indicator light turns red while charging is in progress. When the battery is
fully charged, the indicator turns green. Recharging the battery to its full capacity takes
approximately 180 minutes; actual recharging time may vary depending on the charge status and
usage environment.
