page if you need to contact TabletTV’s Customer Support centre.
The Support centre team may ask you to provide information from this page in order to resolve any
problems or issues with your Tuner.
Restore factory settings
Select
Restore factory settings
to reset your Tuner to its original defaults. When you do this, all
location information, channels, and other customised settings and data are deleted. You might
want to do this if, for instance, you have moved to a new city.
NOTE:
If you restore factory settings, your tablet and Tuner will be disconnected from one another
and you will likely be reconnected to your home network. You will also be taken back to the
TabletTV Plus login screen, to log in. You will then need to repeat the initial user steps.
