STEP 6
6) It is now time cut into the factory grille honeycomb pattern and separate the factory
grille shell to re-purpose and utilize with your new T-REX Grille.
STEP 7
7) Using a 90 degree cutoff wheel, zip saw, sawzall or
something similar, cut along the presented red line.
STEP 9
9) For those that do want to feature the Chevrolet Bow Tie Badge, you will need to first
remove it from the factory grille. Flip it face down to access the tabs that secures the
badging. From the back side, use a flat head screw driver to pry the tabs free and pop
loose the badge. From the front side pull free from the factory grille. Fix the bow tie
badge to the front of your grille. Use the provided hardware clip fasteners and secure it
now.
STEP 8
8) At this point, check over your work and make certain your cut reflects the images
presented here.
