Exchanging Messages
and Using Outlook
6.1 Using E-mail and Text Messages
Messaging is where all of your e-mail accounts and your text
message account are located. You can send and receive
Outlook e-mail, Internet e-mail through an Internet service
provider (ISP), and text messages. You can also access
e-mail from work using a virtual private network (VPN)
connection.
You can access your e-mails using various methods:

Using T-Mobile My E-mail
•
Using Pocket MSN Hotmail
•
Using USB cable and Microsoft® ActiveSync 4.x to
synchronize with a computer
•
Synchronizing wirelessly with a Microsoft Exchange
Server 2003 (if server is set up for wireless
synchronization)
However, this section discusses more about accessing your
e-mails through default Outlook E-Mail and T-Mobile My
E-Mail.

to your work and personal e-mail from any T-Mobile device.

Add an e-mail account

On the Home screen, click
My E-Mail
.

On the E-mail Setup screen, select
Add a new My E-
Mail account
and click
Next
.
If you select
Add a new My E-Mail account
, you will
be taken to a screen where you can type username
