4. Select the desired server and touch OK. When changing the
master server, you will be prompted to confirm your choice, touch
OK to proceed.
Note: When you want to use the T-Mobile server as the master server,
make sure the MyCommunity subscription does not fail. When you
want to use the Google server as the master server, make sure you
have signed in to your Google account successfully. If both of them
fail, the Data synchronization item will be grey, and you cannot use it.
Controlling Application Synchronisation
Sending large amounts of data back and forth over the air can take
time and require considerable amount of bandwidth, therefore, you
can adjust certain settings on the phone to control data sync.
Controlling T-Mobile Server Synchronization
After selecting the T-Mobile server as the master server, you can set the
server settings.
1. On Main Menu, touch Settings, and then touch Data
Synchronization.
2. Touch T-Mobile server settings. Adjust the following sync options
and applications according to your preference:
•If you select Auto-sync, the synchronizing will be processed
automatically, as you make changes or receive new messages.
•If you clear the check boxes of the applications such as
Calendar, Contacts, and Notes, these cleared applications will
be excluded from auto-sync.
•If you select the check boxes of the applications such as
Calendar, Contacts, and Notes, the synchronization will begin.
3. After setting the server, press the Home/Back key to go back to the
Data Synchronization list and touch Synchronize now to begin the
synchronization.

After selecting the Google server as the master server, you can set the
server settings.
