4. Installation
4.1 General Safety Instructions on installation
Disconnect the unit from the mains before installation.
Do not force single components while assembling as this may damage the unit.
Pay due attention to the attached pictures at the end of this manual of instructions. The figures
hereafter which are put in brackets are referring to these pictures.
4.2 Installation
Insert the telescopic tube (1) onto the pump outlet (2) so that it remains fixed in upright position. Mount
the spray jet (3) onto the upper part of the telescopic tube.
Adjust the flowrate by rotating the flow control knob (4) on the front cover of pump (5).
Place the pump in the choosen place indoor. The unit has to work only immersed. Make sure that the
front cover (5) is completely immersed in water to avoid air intake. Make sure that the pump is
adjusted according to the indicated performaces on the technical data table. If these values exceed
those indicated the pump will not operate properly.
When installing the appliance, make sure that it is placed in upright position and fixed firmly on its
base. To this purpose mount the two suction cups supplied (6) onto the base for major stability.
Adjust the telescopic tube to the desired height by pulling it out.
After finishing installation the unit is ready to work.
