Fitting the absorbers
The first step is to screw the main body (1) of the absorber into the plinth
plate from above.
It is essential to screw the adjuster nut (2) onto the main body next, working
from the underside.
Prepare the absorber cone and damper element by screwing the damper
element into the cone. Now screw the prepared cone into the main body as
shown in Fig. 3.

Set up the loudspeaker on the floor contact plate in your chosen location in the
listening room. The small recess in the base plate automatically centres the
absorber cone.
Adjusting the absorbers
Depending on the type of floor, you may find that you obtain better sound
quality by by-passing the damper element, i.e. coupling the speaker rigidly to
the floor.
The damper element is de-coupled by rotating the adjuster nut downwards until
it makes contact with the absorber cone.
