Alarm Contents
Alarm setting explanation

Heating check
Sensing time :

After heating output (DO 6, 7, 8, 9, 10) when
occurs alarm when not detected in the
heating alarm (DI6) status input during
alarm sensing time.
When the alarm occurs, the heating output is
stopped, and the other operation operates
normally according to the operating conditions.
When the alarm returns, the alarm is canceled
and the controller operates normally.
Humidification
check
Sensing time:
5 sec / Input

It occurs when input contact is not detected
in alarm (DI7) status input during alarm
sensing time after humidification output.
When an alarm occurs, the system related to
humidification operation is stopped, and other
operation cycles operate normally. When the
alarm returns, the alarm is canceled and the
controller operates normally.
Water leak check
Sensing time :
10 sec / Input
contact: B contact
/ Auto return
It occurs when the input contact is not
detected in the leak alarm (DI 8) status
input during the alarm detection time
during controller operation. Humidification operation stops when leakage is
detected, and other operation is normal. When
the alarm returns, the alarm is canceled and the
controller operates normally.
High temp.
check
Auto return
It occurs when current temperature is
raised due to equipment error or comp
alarm and reaches the high temperature
set temperature.
High temp. alarm = Current temp.

temp. setting value
Heating related operation is stopped, and other
operation is normal. The alarm release is
released when the current temperature drops
below 1℃ below the high temperature alarm
temperature.
Temp. sensor
check

It occur temperature sensor occurs when
shorted or disconnected during controller
ON.
Cooling and heating operation is stopped, and
humidity related operation is normal. If the
temperature sensor value is recognized normally,
the alarm will be cleared and the temperature
related operation will operate normally.
Humi. Sensor
check
Auto return
It occur humidity sensor occurs when
shorted or disconnected during controller
ON.
Humidity related (humidification or dehumidification)
operation is stopped, and temperature related
operation is normal. If the humidity sensor
value is recognized normally, the alarm will be
cleared and the humidity related operation will
operate normally.
Comms. error
Auto return
Communication cable between controller
main unit and monitor is defective or
short circuit or disconnection occurs.
The controller operates normally according to
the operating conditions.
Water level
wiring check
Auto return
It occurs when the water level input is not
connected normally while using the heated
humidifier.
High water level input is detected, but occurs
when the input above the middle water level
is not detected.
Humidification operation is stopped, and other
operation is normal.
Current lack
check
Auto return
It occurs when the current is not
detected when the full water level is
checked
during use electrode type
humidifier.
When the alarm returns, the alarm is canceled
and the controller operates normally.
