Transport damage or failure to comply with this information can lead to a loss of explosion protection.

In the event of recognisable transport damage, do not put the device into operation and contact the
manufacturer.

Transportation
Clean the fan thoroughly before transportation so that no dirt particles can fall out or down when lifting.
Only transport the fan in a complete condition, carefully and with suitable lifting equipment.
Transport the fan either in the original packaging or on the transport appliances provided for this purpose (e.g. ring
screws).
In manual transport, pay attention to the human lifting and carrying forces which can be reasonably expected
(weight information, see name plate).
Avoid blows and impacts and distortion of the base frame and other parts of the housing.

Storage
Avoid loss of function of the motor bearings
–
Do not store the fan for more than 1 year.

Turn the rotor manually every three months, wear gloves.

Before installation, check proper function of the motor bearings.
Store the fans in the original packaging dust-proof, dry and protected against the weather.
Avoid extreme effects of heat or cold.
