Setting the DIP Switches
S1, S2 and S3 are miniature switches used to configure all the options and features of the
modem. Table 2-1 shows the setting of the switches.
NOTE: Switches S1 to S3 are slide switches. To configure the switches, use a small
sharp pin or small screw driver to push the handle to turn ON or to turn OFF
each switch. Never leave any switch in half way ON or OFF. When the switch
is slide to the ON position, it is referring to as CLOSE condition. When the
switch is in the OFF position, it is in the OPEN state.
