Serial port handshaking line
Wake Up:
When the SE-923 is in the low power mode, pulsing
this pin low for 200 nsec awakens the SE-923.
Trigger:
This pin is the hardware triggering line. Driving this pin
low causes the SE-923 to start a scan and decode session.
