The front panel display and input devices do not connect to the mid-plane and are
connected directly to elements within the logical cryptographic boundary.
Therefore the LCD display and keypad, status LEDs, power button and USB
connector located on the front panel are considered to be within the logical
cryptographic boundary.
As noted in Section
, the SV3800/SV3800B/SV3800B-
20 has a number of connectors located on the front and back panels. These
physical interfaces are listed below with details of the FIPS 140-2 logical
interfaces they correspond to.
