Symantec Upgrade Installation Guide

Finish the Upgrade Process

The upgrade is almost complete! Finish the installation by reconnecting the cables and installing the upgrade license.

1. Reinstall the appliance cables as they were originally configured.

2. Make sure the appliance is powered on.

3. Upgrade your appliance in the licensing portal.

a. Log in to the licensing portal:

https://services.bluecoat.com/eservice_enu/licensing/register.cgi

b. Select ProxySG > Upgrade.

c. Enter the appliance serial number and click Next.
