Step 3: Attach the LEFT SIDE PANEL (G) to the LEFT FRONT PANEL (E) with 2 KD 
SCREWS. Attach the RIGHT SIDE PANEL (H) to the RIGHT FRONT PANEL (F) with 2 KD 
SCREWS. See fig. C

Step 4: Attach the LEFT (E, G) and RIGHT (F, H) SIDE PANELS to the BASE (B) using 4 
KD SCREWS (2 screws on each side). See Fig. D

Step 5: Place the UPPER FRONT PANEL (C) over both FRONT PANELS (E and F) and 
lock in place to the SIDE PANELS (G and H) with 2 KD SCREWS as shown in Fig. E

Step 6: Attach the MID-FRONT PANEL (D) to the UPPER FRONT PANEL (C) with 4 KD 
SCREWS (2 screws each side). See Fig. F

Step 7: Install the TOP PANEL (A) to the unit as shown and attach with 4 KD SCREWS.

Step 8: Tighten all SCREWS.

FIREPLACE INSERT INSTALLATION

The fireplace insert can be installed after the mantle has been fully assembled.

WARNING:

 Make sure the fireplace insert controls are in the OFF position and the 

unit is NOT plugged in.

Step 1: Place the INSERT on the floor, directly in front of the MANTLE. (The front of 
both the mantle and insert should be facing the same direction.)
