MANTEL ASSEMBLY:
CAUTION:
Place a piece of cardboard or protective sheet on the floor to
avoid scratching the decorative surface of your mantel during assembly.
Please DO NOT fully tighten the KD screws until all panels are assembled.
NOTE:
Each plastic connector is pre-assembled (pre-drilled) on the specific panels
with 2 screws. If the KD screw(s) do not fit during assembly, loosen the 2 (pre-
drilled) screws to adjust the plastic connector until the KD screws are able to be
installed. Tighten all KD screws once all panels are assembled.
Step 1: Attach 15 plastic connectors [X] to panels C, D, E, F, G H, K and L with 30 KD
screws [W]. See Fig. A.

Step 2: Attach panels G and K together with 4-holes wood connector [O] and 4 KD
screws. Attach panels H and L together with 4-holes wood connector [O] and
KD screws. Attach panels E and I together with 4-holes wood connector [O]
and KD screws. Attach panels F and J together with 4-holes wood connector
[O] and KD screws. See Fig. B.

Step 3: Attach panels G, I and K together with 3 KD screws. Attach H, J and L together
with 3 KD screws. See Fig. C.

Step 4: Attach panels E, G, I and K to panel B with 1 KD screw. Attach panel F, H, J
and L to panel B with 1 KD screw. See Fig. D.
