12. Troubleshooting

The screen brightness is too high
or too low.
Incorrect image parameter settings. Change the <Brightness> or <Con-
trast> under <Color>.
There is no sound and the volume
cannot be adjusted.
The audio connection is not correct. Check that the audio cable is con-
nected properly.
The remote control does not work.
The signal path is blocked (a
battery is inserted in the remote
control).
Point the transmitter on the remote
control at the receiver on the moni-
tor. There should be no obstacles
between the two devices.
Check the battery voltage and
orientation of the remote control
battery.
There is nothing on the screen.
The power adapter is not con-
nected to the mains.
The monitor is not switched on.
Check that the mains cable is con-
nected to the mains.
The monitor must be switched on
and the LED indicator (1) should be
illuminated.
13. Care and cleaning
Never use aggressive detergents, rubbing alcohol or other chemical solutions, as these may damage the
casing or stop the product from functioning properly.
• Always disconnect the product from the power supply before cleaning it. Unplug the power adapter from the mains
socket.
• Use a dry, lint-free cloth to clean the product.
• Do not press too hard on the display, as this can lead to scratch marks or break the glass on the display.
