b) Power adapter
• The power adapter is constructed according to Protection Class II.
• The power adapter must be connected to a standard mains socket that is connec-
ted to the public grid.
• The mains socket for the power adapter must be easily accessible.
• The power adapter is only intended for use in dry, enclosed areas; it must not get
damp or wet. This may cause a fatal electric shock!
• Do not unplug the power adapter by pulling on the cable.
• Protect the cable of the power adapter from sharp edges and do not step on it.
• Do not touch the power adapter if there are any signs of damage, as this may
cause a fatal electric shock!
Fully disconnect the mains voltage for the mains socket to which the power ad-
apter is connected (e.g. turn off the corresponding circuit breaker or unscrew the
fuse, and then turn off the residual current circuit breaker).
You can then unplug the power adapter from the mains socket. Discontinue use
and dispose of the power adapter in an environmentally-friendly manner.
• Only use the power adapter provided to power the camera. If the power adapter is
faulty, it must be replaced by an identical, stabilised power adapter with the same
technical specifications (voltage/current).
c) Wireless camera
• The camera is suitable for use in indoor and outdoor areas (IP66). However, it
must never be used in or under water, as this may destroy the interior components.
• The wireless camera must not be exposed to extreme temperatures, direct sun-
light, strong vibrations or heavy mechanical loads.
• The power-in connector is not protected against moisture/liquids and must be
placed in a dry location (e.g. in a suitable connector housing).
• The power adapter is only intended for use in dry, enclosed interiors; it must not
get damp or wet. This may cause a fatal electric shock!
• Ensure that the connection cable does not get pinched, kinked or damaged by
sharp edges.
• The wireless camera is not designed to replace personal supervision of children or
adults who require special assistance. It must only be used as a supervision aid.
• Mount the camera in a location where it does not point towards bright sources of
light (e.g. sunlight or spotlights). This will lead to an overexposed image and may
damage the image sensor in the event of constant exposure.

Wireless surveillance camera, 1080p

Intended use
This wireless camera is designed for use with a compatible surveillance system (e.g. Conrad
item no. 1594378). The camera will not function if it is not listed as a compatible accessory.
The video signal is transmitted wirelessly to the surveillance system. Power is supplied by the
power adapter provided.
Please note that it is a criminal offence to use the camera to observe strangers without their
knowledge and consent. Always observe the rules and regulations of the country where you
use the camera.
For safety and approval purposes, you must not rebuild and/or modify this product. Using the
product for purposes other than those described above may damage the product. In addition,
improper use can cause hazards such as a short circuit, fire or electric shock. Read the instruc-
tions carefully and store them in a safe place. Only make this product available to third parties
together with its operating instructions.

a) General information
• For safety and approval reasons, do not attempt to convert and/or modify the
device. Do not disassemble the product.
• This product is not a toy and must be kept out of the reach of children. Install the
product out of the reach of children.
• Do not use this product in hospitals or medical facilities. The wireless signals may
interfere with life-support equipment. The same may also apply to other areas.
• Handle the product with care. Impacts or falls (even from a low height) may da-
mage the product.
• If there are any signs of damage, discontinue use and take the product to a speci-
alist repair centre, or dispose of it in an environmentally friendly manner.
• Safe operation can no longer be guaranteed if:
- There are signs of damage
- The product stops working
- The product was stored in unfavourable conditions for an extended period
- The product was mishandled during transport
• Condensation may form when the product is brought from a cold room into a warm
one (e.g. during transportation).
For this reason, allow the product reach room temperature before connecting it to
the power supply. This may take several hours.
Moisture on the power adapter may cause a fatal electric shock!
• Do not leave packaging material unattended, as it may become a dangerous toy
for children.
