Multiple handsets
Up to 5 handsets can be registered on the base station.
Registering handsets
Before starting to register a handset, switch the base station to Regis-
tration mode. Press and hold the Paging button on the base station
until you hear an acoustic signal. The base station is then in Registra-
tion mode for a short time. Continue with the handset.

Activate Registration mode
Now register the handset; Page 92. The currently valid PIN code is
used for registration purposes; Page 92.
The handset is automatically assigned an internal call number follow-
ing registration.
Deregistering handsets
Each handset can deregister itself and other handsets regi-
stered on the base station. After deregistration, the message
NOT REGISTERED appears in the display of the deregiste-
red handset.
Handsets are deregistered via the menu. Refer to Page 92 for the se-
quence of menu option selections.
