Writing a SMS
The digit keys are also labelled with letters for the entry of the respective text.
Letters, digits and special characters are entered by pressing the relevant key
the respective number of times.
Switch between upper and lower case

Delete the last character entered
Press and hold

Open the SMS menu.

Send
After entering the recipient’s telephone number the SMS will
be sent.
Store
The SMS will be stored in the Outbox.
Template
You can use a template for creating a new SMS.
SMS templates
There are 5 pre-programmed text templates available (Menu “SMS/Template“).
SMS alert signal (Alarm)
An acoustic signal is issued when a new SMS text message is received.
The signal can be activated or deactivated via the menu “SMS / SMS settings /
New SMS alert“.

CLIP:
Calling Line Identification Presentation = Display the caller’s
phone number.
