Claims for damages deriving from dereliction of essential con-
tractual duties are however restricted to foreseeable damages of
kinds typical for this type of contract, to the extent that there is
no liability due to malicious intent or gross negligence or injury to
life, limb or health or mandated liability under the Product
Liability Act. The fulfillment of a warranted service does not
affect an extension of the warranty period.
The dated purchase receipt is required as evidence of warranty.
Warranty claims must be asserted within two weeks of
becoming aware of a warrantable incident.
