How do I ask for help?
When you’re lost it makes sense to ask for directions, but what if you
get lost in your own phone? Well, this phone can help you. There are
a number of built in tips that should help you on your way.
• From the
“Home”
screen press
“Tips”
to access the quick Phone Tour
or to receive the full collection of tips.
• You will also find tips in other menus throughout your Comfort phone.
• Alternatively, call the Comfortline. You can contact us at any time on
0800 203 203 (24 hours a day, 7 days a week).
How do I adjust the clock and other settings?
• From the
“Home”
screen select
“Settings”
.
• Choose the setting you want to adjust, for example
“Time & Date”
or
“Ring Tone”
, etc.
• Follow the prompts.
